General Information:

Please double-check that you have provided the correct shipping address when placing an order, as we ship orders to the address provided. As a result, if you have entered an incorrect address, we recommend emailing us the same day the order was placed because our processing time is quite quick.
We will not be held liable if the items are delivered to the incorrect address. Typically, they will be returned to us, and we will contact you via email to discuss a partial refund or resending the parcel.
Princess Lounge Wear cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. Please contact our customer care team if your order does experience a delay by the courier, we will do our very best to help.
 
Processing Time:

Please allow up to two working days for orders to be processed and shipped. Processing times may be extended if we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if your order has any complications.
Orders will not be dispatched on the weekend and UK Bank Holidays.
