Returns
General Information:

At Princess Lounge Wear we are confident you will love your new purchase, however, if the item is damaged we are more than happy for you to return it to us. Please note this will only apply if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in brand-new condition.
If you want a refund or an exchange, please keep in mind that we do not cover the costs of returning the parcel to us. We recommend that you use tracked shipping as we will not be responsible if it is lost on the way back to our warehouse.
 
Refunds:

We will inspect your item to ensure it is unused once it has been received. We will process your refund once we have determined that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Within a certain number of days, a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment. Please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed (working days are Monday - Friday). Please keep in mind that we do not refund any delivery charges on refunded orders.
We are only able to refund you within 14 calendar days of the purchase of the goods.
 
Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are not "fit for purpose”, which means they are faulty or damaged.
Send an email to our customer care team if you need to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us as soon as your order arrives if it is not "fit for purpose" so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. You have 72 hours for this.
